Washes & finishes
The look of a jean is made in the laundry. Here is what ours can do.

Wash & finish library
Rinse / One Wash
A short wash that removes sizing and pre-shrinks the garment, keeping a deep, clean indigo.
Stone Wash
Pumice stones abrade the surface for a classic worn, faded look with natural contrast.
Enzyme Wash
Cellulase enzymes create a stone-wash effect with less pumice, less sludge and softer hand feel.
Bleach Wash
Controlled bleaching lightens the indigo to mid, light or super-light shades.
Acid / Snow Wash
Stones soaked in oxidiser create a high-contrast, marbled 80s look.
Tint & Overdye
Light tints (ecru, grey, sand) or full overdyes add warmth or vintage character.
Laser Finishing
Digitally programmed whiskers, honeycombs, abrasion and patterns — repeatable and water-free.
Ozone Fading
Ozone gas fades and cleans indigo with minimal water and chemicals.
Hand Sanding & Whiskers
Skilled hand work on thighs, seat and back knees for authentic wear patterns.
Destroy & Repair
Rips, holes, frayed hems and rip-and-repair effects with backing patches.
3D Crinkles
Resin-set creases that keep the lived-in shape at the knee and lap.
Tinting & Dirt Effects
Spray tints and shading to add depth to seams and creases.
Same look. Less water, fewer chemicals.
Conventional denim finishing can use large amounts of water, energy and chemicals. We replace or reduce the most resource-intensive steps wherever the look allows.
- Laser replaces hand-sanding and chemical spraying for many abrasion effects
- Ozone fading reduces bleach use and rinse cycles
- Enzyme and stone-free recipes cut pumice sludge
- Low-liquor-ratio machines lower water per garment
- Alternatives to potassium-permanganate (PP) spray on request
- Chemicals selected against brand RSL / MRSL requirements
