Do you produce to our own designs (private label)?
Yes. Most of our production is made to customers’ tech packs and specifications. We can also present our own seasonal development styles that you can adapt.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the style, fabric and wash. We are set up for high-volume programmes but are happy to discuss test orders for new partnerships.
How long does sampling take?
Proto samples are typically ready within 1–3 weeks depending on fabric availability and wash complexity.
What is the typical bulk lead time?
After PP approval and fabric in-house, bulk production usually takes 3–6 weeks. We share a detailed time-and-action plan for every order.
Where will my order be produced?
We plan each order across Istanbul, Batman and Egypt according to volume, timing, cost and origin requirements, and agree the production location with you in advance.
Which certifications do you hold?
We are certified for regenagri (regenerative agriculture), recycled content and organic content, audited by Control Union. Certificates are available on request.
Can you work with our nominated fabric mill?
Yes. We regularly work with nominated mills and trims suppliers, and we can also recommend and source fabrics for you.
Which shipping terms do you offer?
FOB, FCA, CIF and DAP are the most common; other Incoterms can be agreed. We ship by road, sea and air.
Do you accept third-party inspections and audits?
Absolutely. Customer and third-party inspections, lab testing and social/environmental audits are part of our normal routine.
