Full-package denim manufacturing
Design, sampling, sourcing, cutting, sewing, washing, quality control and logistics — managed by one team across Türkiye and Egypt.
Design & Trend Research
Our design studio translates seasonal trends and your brief into fits, washes and details.
Pattern & Sampling
Digital patterns, proto, fit, size-set and PP samples with quick, documented revisions.
Fabric & Trims Sourcing
Nominated or sourced denim from leading mills, tested before cutting; buttons, rivets, labels, zips.
Cutting
Shrinkage-tested fabric, optimised markers and automated cutting for consistent panels.
Sewing
Dedicated denim lines with specialised machines for felled seams, bartacks, belt loops and waistbands.
Washing & Finishing
Stone, enzyme, bleach, laser, ozone and hand-craft effects developed in our laundry.
Quality Control
Inline and final inspections, measurement checks and AQL-based audits before packing.
Ironing, Packing & Shipping
Pressing, tagging, folding or hanging, carton labelling and export documentation to your DC.
Design & product development
Our Istanbul design team follows global runway, street-style and retail trends and turns them into commercial denim collections. We can work from your tech pack, a reference garment, a mood board — or present our own seasonal development line.
- Seasonal concept & wash development boards
- Fit development and fit-session support
- Fabric, trims and wash recipe recommendations
- Costing at concept stage to meet target prices
Pattern making & sampling
Digital pattern making and grading ensure that fits stay consistent from sample to bulk. Our sample room produces every stage of the approval process with documented measurements and wash standards.
- Proto & development samples
- Fit samples and size sets
- Salesman / photo samples
- Pre-production (PP) and top-of-production (TOP) samples
- Wash standards (lab dips for denim) approved before bulk
Fabric & trims sourcing
Türkiye is home to some of the world’s most respected denim mills. We source nominated or self-sourced fabrics — rigid, comfort-stretch, power-stretch, recycled-cotton, organic and regenerative blends — and test every lot for shrinkage, skew, colour and strength before cutting.
- Shade banding and lot segregation
- Shrinkage & skew tests to set pattern allowances
- Branded trims: buttons, rivets, zips, leather/jacron patches, labels
- Certified material traceability (transaction certificates)
Cutting & sewing
Markers are optimised for fabric efficiency and cutting follows shade and lot rules. Our sewing lines are set up specifically for denim, with chain-stitch, felled-seam, bartack, belt-loop and waistband machines operated by experienced teams.
- Five-pocket jeans, cargo, carpenter, workwear details
- Jackets, shirts, skirts, dresses and overalls
- Inline quality checkpoints on every line
- Capacity balanced across Istanbul, Batman and Egypt
Washing & finishing
Washing defines the look of a jean. Our laundry develops and reproduces everything from clean rinse washes to heavily distressed vintage looks — with dry processes and modern, resource-saving technologies.
- Rinse, stone, enzyme, bleach, acid and tint washes
- Laser whiskers, honeycombs and abrasion
- Ozone fading and low-liquor-ratio washing
- Hand sanding, grinding, destroy and repairs
Quality control
Quality is built into every stage, not inspected in at the end. Our QC team checks fabric, cut panels, inline sewing, post-wash measurements and finished goods, and final audits follow AQL sampling plans agreed with each customer.
- Fabric inspection (4-point system)
- Post-wash measurement and shade checks
- Needle detection and metal control
- Final inspection to customer AQL (typically 2.5)
- Third-party inspections and lab tests welcomed
Packing & export logistics
Garments are pressed, tagged, folded or hung according to your packing manual, then shipped with full export documentation. From Istanbul, road freight reaches most of Europe in days; our Egyptian plants ship via Mediterranean and Red Sea ports.
- Price tickets, RFID and barcode labelling
- Flat-pack or GOH (garment on hanger)
- Road, sea and air freight
- Certificates of origin (EUR.1, A.TR and others as applicable)
