From design studio to laundry to your distribution centre — Ela Textile produces denim jeans and garments for leading brands in Europe and the Americas from our facilities in Türkiye and Egypt.
A quarter century of denim expertise
Founded in 1999 by Ali Türkmen, Ela Textile has grown from an Istanbul workshop into a vertically organised denim garment group with production in Istanbul, Batman and Egypt.
For many years we have been a trusted supplier to Spanish fashion groups including Zara, and we play an active role in denim production for well-known brands in the Netherlands, the USA and Italy. Design, sampling, cutting, sewing, washing, ironing and packing are managed under one roof, so quality, timing and cost stay in our control — and in your favour.

Stone, enzyme, bleach, laser, ozone and hand-craft effects developed in our laundry.
Quality Control

Traceable fibres, verified claims
We produce with regenerative, recycled and organic cotton under independent third-party certification.
regenagri
A regenerative agriculture programme that verifies farming practices which rebuild soil health, increase biodiversity, store carbon and protect water. Its chain-of-custody certification lets regenerative cotton be traced from farm to finished garment.
Recycled
Recycled-content certification (Textile Exchange standards such as GRS / RCS) verifies the presence and percentage of recycled fibre — for example post-consumer or pre-consumer recycled cotton — through every stage of production, with transaction certificates for each shipment.
Organic
Organic-content certification (Textile Exchange Organic Content Standard) tracks certified organic cotton from the farm through spinning, weaving and garment making, confirming the organic fibre content claimed on the label.
